How do CPM and pay-per-post campaigns pay?
CPM pays a rate for every full 1,000 views. Pay-per-post pays one fixed amount per video that reaches the minimum views, and some campaigns add a CPM bonus on top.
CPM campaigns
CPM means cost per 1,000 views. The campaign sets a rate for each platform, and your video earns that rate for every full 1,000 views it gets.
For example, at a rate of Rp 10.000 per 1,000 views, a video with 45,600 views earns 45 x Rp 10.000 = Rp 450.000. The last 600 views count once they make a full thousand.
A campaign can also set a minimum number of views before a post earns anything, a cap on what one post can earn, and a minimum engagement rate. Some campaigns pay a reduced rate below the minimum views, or for audiences mostly outside their main target countries; those rules are shown on the campaign.
Pay-per-post campaigns
You earn one fixed amount for each post that reaches the campaign's minimum views. It is paid once per post, however many views the post gets afterwards.
Pay per post + CPM bonus
You earn the fixed fee once the post reaches the minimum views, plus a CPM bonus on its views. The campaign page says whether the bonus counts from the first view or only from its bonus target.
Combining posts
Some CPM campaigns let you combine posts to reach the minimum views. On the campaign page, save a group of 2 or more of your approved posts on that campaign, up to the campaign's limit of 3 or 5, whose views together reach the minimum.
- Each post is still paid on its own views, at its own rate and up to its own cap.
- A post can be in one group only, and a saved group cannot be changed or deleted.
Whichever way it pays
Earnings become money in your wallet through a claim. See "When can I claim my earnings?".
If a campaign changes how it pays after you have earned, every post keeps what it already earned, and views after the change are paid the new way.
