Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the website, app and services of SEMA Rewards (the "Platform"), operated by SEMA Rewards Private Limited ("SEMA", "we", "us" or "our"). By accepting these Terms or using the Platform after receiving notice of them, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Brands, advertisers and agencies ("Agencies") fund campaigns. Creators and clippers ("Creators") publish posts for those campaigns and may earn payments under the campaign's rules. Sections 3 to 5 apply to Creators, Section 7 applies to Agencies, and the other sections apply to everyone. Campaign briefs and platform rules supplement these Terms; they cannot authorize unlawful conduct or override these Terms. A separate agreement signed by SEMA takes priority only to the extent it expressly changes these Terms.

Important: You are responsible for the legality of your own conduct, content and promotions. In particular:

  • Sections 6 and 7 prohibit unlawful campaigns and posts.
  • Section 6 makes fake views, bots and falsified analytics grounds for repayment, account closure and legal action by SEMA and by the brand or Agency.
  • Section 9 requires you to keep unreleased campaign material confidential, and Section 17 lets the brand or Agency claim against you directly for a breach.
  • Sections 5 and 7 ask for a declaration with every withdrawal; a false declaration can lead to repayment, account closure and legal action.
  • Section 13 requires you to cover certain claims caused by your conduct.
  • Sections 11 and 12 explain service risks and limits on SEMA's liability.

These protections apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove rights or duties that the law does not allow us to exclude.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you. You must provide accurate, complete and current identity, location, business and payment information. If you act for an Agency or another organization, you warrant that you are authorized to bind it; "you" includes that organization for its use of the Platform. Do not register or act for someone without their authority.

You accept these Terms by ticking the box when you sign up, or on the screen the Platform shows before you continue when you have not yet accepted the current version. We record which version you accepted, the text you were shown, when, and the IP address and browser used.

You must comply with laws that apply to you, your campaign, the product or service promoted, and the places where your content is published or targeted. Access to the Platform does not establish that an activity is lawful in your country. You must obtain and maintain required permissions, registrations, licences and consents.

2. Your Account

  • Security: Safeguard your credentials and restrict access to authorized users. You are responsible for activities you authorize through your account and for failures to secure it. Notify support promptly of suspected compromise and cooperate in limiting harm. This does not excuse a security failure for which SEMA is legally responsible.
  • One Person, One Account: Each person may hold one account. Do not create or use extra accounts to repeat submissions, collect bonuses, evade restrictions or misrepresent identity.
  • Social Accounts: Link only accounts you own or are legally authorized to control, using the verification process in the app. A social account can be linked to one SEMA account only. We never ask for its password. Verification confirms account control for our process; it does not certify the account holder or their content as lawful or trustworthy.
  • Agency Teams: Agencies are responsible for their authorized owners, admins, moderators, employees and contractors, including their briefs, account access, reviews and payment instructions. Give access only to authorized people and revoke it when their authority ends.

3. Creator Campaigns and Posts

  • Campaign Rules: Each campaign shows its brief, rates, minimum views, maximum payment per post, submission window and other payment conditions. By participating, you accept those conditions together with these Terms. Some campaigns open to higher ranks first or only. Do not follow an instruction that would violate law or these Terms; report it to support.
  • Eligible Posts: Submit only from your own verified social account, within the submission window measured from publication and within the campaign dates. Include the required hashtags, mentions and links in the caption. Each post may be submitted once; reposts and near copies made to obtain duplicate payments are not eligible.
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the posts you create or publish, your statements and your interactions with others, including when you use Agency assets, SEMA editing tools or generated material. Check the legality, accuracy and rights of the finished post. An Agency brief or SEMA approval does not excuse unlawful publication.
  • Rights and Advertising: Obtain rights to footage, music, trademarks, images, voices and likenesses, and any required consent from people featured. When a campaign's brief asks you to disclose sponsorship or paid promotion, disclose it the way the brief says. Do not make unsupported product claims, false testimonials or misleading endorsements, and do not claim personal experience you have not had.
  • Campaign Materials: Unreleased footage, files and private brief details you receive for a campaign are confidential. Use them only for that campaign and do not share or leak them. Section 9 sets out the full rules. A breach can make you liable to SEMA under Section 13 and directly to the Agency or brand under Section 17.
  • Review: SEMA and the Agency may reject a post that fails the brief, these Terms or the social platform's rules. Approval determines campaign or payment eligibility; it is not legal advice, a rights clearance or certification of legality.
  • Public Availability: Keep submitted posts public at least until their valid earnings are withdrawn, unless removal is required by law or these Terms. Unlisted YouTube posts are not eligible. Removal or hiding may lead to a review, hold or documented reversal under Sections 4 and 14; report unlawful content promptly rather than keeping it online to secure payment.

4. Earnings, Claims and Your Wallet

  • Calculation: Earnings follow the campaign's pricing, such as a rate per 1,000 views or a fixed amount per post, and the views and engagement our tracking systems obtain and reviewers verify. Dashboard estimates are not guaranteed payments. You may report a tracking or calculation error for review.
  • Budget: Campaign earnings depend on funded budget and the published conditions. A campaign may close to new work or new earnings when its available budget is exhausted. A top-up does not guarantee payment for previously unfunded work. Budget exhaustion alone does not cancel valid wallet credits or amounts already reserved or owed under the campaign's rules.
  • Claims: Claim after the waiting period shown in the app. Provide genuine analytics from your own account when required. Claims may be approved, reduced under the campaign's published payment rules or rejected with a reason. Only valid approved amounts are credited to your wallet.
  • Fees and Rewards: The applicable platform fee is shown in the app and deducted when an approved claim is credited. Referral commissions, sign-up bonuses, rank bonuses and quest or loyalty rewards have the conditions shown in the app. We may change future offers; changes do not retrospectively remove valid rewards already earned.
  • Reversals and Recovery: We may correct errors and reverse amounts obtained through fraud, duplicate claims, ineligible posts or another substantiated breach. We will record the basis and, where lawful and practicable, explain it. If an invalid amount was already paid, you must repay it; a documented reversal may leave a negative wallet balance. Disputed amounts may be held for review, subject to applicable law.
  • No Guaranteed Income: We do not guarantee campaigns, views, rankings, revenue, employment or profit. You bear your own production and participation costs unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

5. Creator Withdrawals

  • Payment Details: Use a valid bank account or e-wallet in your own name and provide accurate instructions. Loss caused by incorrect or unauthorized instructions you provide is your responsibility, subject to any responsibility SEMA has under mandatory law.
  • Minimum and Fees: The minimum amount and withdrawal fee are shown before confirmation. You may have one withdrawal in progress at a time.
  • Verification: We may require identity, account-control or transaction evidence for verification and compliance. The app explains when a KTP is required. One identity document may not be used to misrepresent multiple people. We may hold or refuse a transaction that cannot be verified or lawfully completed.
  • Agreement and Declaration: A withdrawal is accepted only after you have agreed to the current version of these Terms. Each withdrawal also asks you to declare that the earnings come from genuine views and engagement on your own posts and accounts, and that the analytics you submitted are a true record. We keep that declaration with the withdrawal. A false declaration is a breach of these Terms and Engagement Fraud under Section 6, and may also be unlawful. If you do not wish to accept an updated version, you may instead ask support to close your account and settle your valid balance under Section 15. If you cannot make the declaration for some earnings, contact support so we can review them.
  • Processing: SEMA reviews withdrawals and uses payment providers, currently Xendit, to send them. Source-post checks, compliance reviews and provider processing can cause delays. We do not promise a fixed processing time.
  • Deductions: Subject to applicable law, we may deduct disclosed fees, documented erroneous credits or other amounts properly established as owed to SEMA, and explain the basis. We do not acquire a right to confiscate unrelated valid balances merely because an account is suspended.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Promotions

Do not use the Platform, campaign briefs, source assets, posts, links, messages or payment functions to:

  • commit, encourage, facilitate or conceal unlawful conduct, or promote a product or service that is unlawful in a place where it is offered or targeted;
  • promote illegal gambling or betting, prohibited drugs, unlawful weapons, counterfeit or stolen goods, scams, pyramid schemes, unlicensed regulated services or other unlawful transactions;
  • publish deceptive advertising, unsupported health or financial claims, false testimonials, a paid endorsement hidden when its brief asks for it to be disclosed, or misleading statements about SEMA's approval;
  • infringe intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy or publicity rights; impersonate anyone; disclose personal data without lawful authority; or use a person's likeness deceptively;
  • publish sexual exploitation or abuse material, exploit minors, traffic people, threaten violence, promote terrorism, incite unlawful hatred or engage in harassment, extortion or defamation;
  • buy or fabricate engagement, use bots, falsify analytics, manipulate reviews or submit duplicate work to obtain payments;
  • launder money, use stolen or unauthorized payment methods, evade sanctions or lawful compliance checks, or fund campaigns with proceeds of crime;
  • compromise security, distribute malware, access accounts or systems without permission, abuse vulnerabilities, or evade a suspension through another account.

Fake views and engagement fraud. "Engagement Fraud" means obtaining or inflating views, likes, comments, shares, followers, watch time or any other figure used for payment by anything other than genuine viewers, including bots, scripts, emulators, view or click farms, bought or exchanged engagement, engagement groups arranged to inflate campaign posts, fake or borrowed accounts, and paid or rewarded views the brief does not allow; and submitting analytics, recordings or screenshots that are edited, staged, borrowed or otherwise not a true record of your own account. If we reasonably suspect Engagement Fraud, we may hold your balance and pending withdrawals, to the extent reasonably needed to cover the amounts under investigation, for as long as the investigation reasonably takes, and ask you for evidence. Section 14 explains how we tell you and how you can ask for a review. Where it is established:

  • earnings and bonuses tied to it are not owed and are reversed, amounts already withdrawn must be repaid, and we may deduct what you owe from your balance under Section 5;
  • we may remove the posts from campaigns, close your account and refuse further accounts;
  • you are liable for the losses it causes, including campaign budget spent on the inflated figures, investigation costs and reasonable legal costs, and Section 13 applies;
  • SEMA may bring legal proceedings against you, and the Agency or brand whose campaign was affected may also claim against you directly under Section 17; and
  • we may report it to the police or other competent authorities and to the social platform concerned, and share the evidence with them and with the affected Agency or brand, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may use account, device, network, view and engagement data to detect Engagement Fraud, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You must follow applicable advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, privacy, sanctions and social-platform rules. Do not assume that a campaign being available means it has been cleared for legal compliance. Report suspected illegal activity, infringement or unsafe instructions to support@semarewards.com with enough information for us to investigate.

Promptly stop promotion and remove or correct material you control when reasonably required to address a legal, rights or safety concern notified by SEMA or a competent authority. Cooperate with legitimate investigations and do not conceal or destroy evidence you are legally required to preserve.

7. Agency Obligations

  • Authority and Compliance: You warrant that you are authorized by the advertiser and have the rights, permits and licences needed to promote the product or service in every market you target. You are responsible for the legality, safety, labelling and delivery of the advertised offering, the campaign's targeting and the landing pages or destinations you supply.
  • Claims and Assets: You warrant that briefs, footage, music, brand assets, scripts, links and instructions you provide are lawful, accurate and properly licensed for their intended use by SEMA and Creators. Substantiate advertising claims before publication, disclose important restrictions and risks, and obtain necessary rights and consents. Do not ask Creators to hide sponsorship, make false claims or publish unlawful material.
  • Regulated Promotions: You must identify regulated offerings and comply with all licensing, disclosure, targeting and age restrictions. SEMA may decline any such campaign or require compliance evidence before allowing it. Approval by SEMA does not replace a regulator's approval or your legal obligations.
  • Funding: Fund campaigns and Agency wallets through our payment provider or offline instructions expressly approved by SEMA. The funding fee is disclosed before payment. Use funds and payment methods you are authorized to use. A campaign goes live only when funded. You remain responsible for legitimate payment obligations and losses caused by your unauthorized payments, fraudulent chargebacks or breach; a chargeback does not itself erase what you owe.
  • Budget and Refunds: Approved Creator claims spend campaign budget. You may move unused budget between your Agency wallet and your own campaigns, excluding amounts reserved or owed to Creators or lawfully held. The owner may request withdrawal of eligible wallet funds to their own bank account or e-wallet, less the disclosed fee. Campaign funds must first be moved back to the wallet. Funding fees are not refunded except where required by law. Refunds are reviewed and sent through the payment provider, one at a time; statutory refund rights remain intact. A refund is accepted only after the owner has agreed to the current version of these Terms, and each refund asks the owner to declare that the money was paid in from funds and a payment method the Agency was entitled to use, is not the proceeds of crime, is going to the owner's own account, and has no chargeback or payment dispute open or planned. We keep that declaration with the refund. A false declaration is a breach of these Terms and may be unlawful, and the refund may be refused, reversed and recovered. If the owner cannot make the declaration, they should contact support so we can review the funds concerned.
  • Fair Review: Publish clear conditions and review posts and claims against them fairly. Do not retrospectively change agreed conditions to avoid legitimate payments or instruct unlawful conduct. You are responsible for authorized team actions and for resolving deficiencies in your offering or supplied materials.
  • Enforcement: SEMA may require substantiation, reject material, pause or remove a campaign and stop further promotion while concerns are investigated. Featured placement or payment processing is not an endorsement of your business, product or legal compliance.

8. Intellectual Property and Content Permissions

SEMA and its licensors retain their respective rights in the Platform's software, design, logos and materials. We give you a limited, revocable permission to use the Platform for its intended purpose under these Terms. Do not sell access, misuse SEMA branding or imply that SEMA sponsors or guarantees your offering without written permission.

You retain your rights in material you supply. You grant SEMA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, with permission to use service providers and necessary sublicences, to host, process, reproduce, format, display and distribute that material to operate the Platform, report on campaigns and market the Platform. Agencies also authorize participating Creators to use supplied campaign assets for the campaign within the rights and restrictions disclosed in its brief. You must have authority to grant these permissions; uploading material does not transfer someone else's rights to you.

This content licence does not replace any separate consent or lawful basis required for the use of identifiable people or personal data, including optional promotional use. Those requirements and applicable withdrawal rights remain subject to privacy law and our Privacy Policy.

These permissions continue only as needed for the stated purposes, existing campaign reporting, lawful recordkeeping and material already lawfully distributed, subject to applicable rights and law. Additional usage rights between Agencies and Creators must be agreed separately; SEMA does not guarantee ownership transfer, exclusivity or rights not expressly granted. Send rights complaints to support@semarewards.com with identification of the material, the rights asserted and your authority to make the complaint.

9. Personal Data and Confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including account information, public social-account data, payment details and identity evidence. Identity documents are held in private storage with controlled access. These Terms do not waive SEMA's privacy, security or other statutory obligations.

You must have a lawful basis and necessary notices or permissions before supplying another person's data or granting access to it. Protect personal data received through campaigns or team access; use it only for authorized purposes. We may preserve records and disclose information when lawfully required or permitted for fraud prevention, rights complaints, dispute resolution or cooperation with competent authorities, in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Confidential campaign material. "Confidential Material" means non-public information and material you receive through the Platform or for a campaign, including unreleased footage, raw recordings, source and project files, scripts, private briefs, and product, launch, pricing or budget details that the Agency or brand has not made public, and anything marked confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential. It does not include information that:

  • is or becomes public other than through a breach of these Terms or another duty of confidence, including material the brand or Agency publishes and posts you publish as the brief allows;
  • you already lawfully held, without a duty of confidence, before you received it;
  • you lawfully receive from someone else who is free to share it; or
  • you create independently without using Confidential Material.

If you receive Confidential Material, you must:

  • use it only to create and submit posts for the campaign it was provided for, as the brief allows;
  • not share, upload, post, forward, sell, screenshot or otherwise disclose it, in whole or in part, to anyone, including other creators, groups, communities or social media, except in posts the brief allows and to people working with you on that campaign who need it and are bound by duties of confidence no weaker than these; you are responsible for what they do with it;
  • not publish it, or a post made from it, before any date or time the brief sets;
  • keep it reasonably secure, including by not storing or sending it through public or open links;
  • stop using and delete your copies of material that has not become public when the campaign ends, when you stop participating, or when SEMA or the Agency asks, except your own published posts and copies the law requires you to keep; and
  • tell support@semarewards.com promptly if you learn that Confidential Material has been, or may have been, disclosed without authorization, and help us limit the harm.

You may disclose Confidential Material where law, a court or a competent authority requires it, limited to what is required and, where lawful, after telling SEMA first. These duties continue after the campaign ends and after your account closes, for as long as the material remains non-public. An Agency's or brand's claim against SEMA caused by your breach of this section is a third-party claim under Section 13; the Agency or brand may also claim against you directly under Section 17. The breach may lead to action under Sections 4 and 14, including rejection of affected posts and reversal of earnings obtained through the breach.

10. Taxes and Independent Participation

You are responsible for your own applicable taxes, invoices, permits and reporting for your earnings or business. SEMA may withhold, report or request information where required by law; this section does not remove duties imposed on SEMA.

Using the Platform does not by itself create employment, partnership, joint venture or authority to act for SEMA. Creators and Agencies control their own lawful business activities and cannot bind SEMA to promises they make. Any mandatory employment or other legal classification rules still apply.

11. SEMA's Role and Service Risks

SEMA provides campaign, review, tracking, editing and payment-administration tools. Users supply campaigns and publish posts; they remain responsible for their own acts and offerings. Our verification, moderation, review or payment decisions do not certify legality, clear intellectual-property rights, guarantee results or make us responsible for a user's representations. We may investigate and remove harmful material, but do not guarantee that every breach will be detected or prevented. These provisions do not exclude responsibility the law imposes on SEMA for its own actions.

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, complete or accurate third-party metrics, successful campaigns or third-party availability. Social platforms, analytics sources and payment providers have their own rules and may change, restrict, remove or suspend access. You remain responsible for complying with those rules. We do not control third-party decisions, and any exclusion of liability for them is subject to Section 12.

Disputes about user offerings, content or conduct are primarily between the responsible participants. To the extent permitted by law, you release SEMA from claims arising solely from another user's acts for which SEMA has no independent legal responsibility. This is not a release of SEMA's own breach or a restriction on non-waivable remedies, and does not prevent us from assisting an investigation.

12. Limits on SEMA's Liability

The following exclusions and cap apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law, including any requirement that a limitation be reasonable or fair.

SEMA, its affiliates and their officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or reputation, arising from the Platform, user campaigns or these Terms, where such exclusion is lawful, even if the possibility of that loss was disclosed.

For liabilities that may lawfully be limited, the aggregate liability of SEMA and those protected persons to you for all related claims, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is capped at the greater of (a) the SEMA service fees actually paid by you, including fees deducted from your credits, during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) SGD 100 or its local-currency equivalent. Campaign funding principal and wallet deposits are not SEMA service fees.

This section does not limit or exclude:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • SEMA's fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct or gross negligence;
  • liability, consumer rights, refunds or other remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit; or
  • our obligation to account for and pay valid Creator wallet balances, approved amounts owed and eligible unused Agency funds, subject to disclosed fees, properly established reversals and lawful holds under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms makes unlawful conduct lawful, binds a regulator or third-party rights holder, or transfers SEMA's own non-excludable statutory duties to a user.

13. Indemnity for Your Conduct

To the extent permitted by law, you must indemnify SEMA, its affiliates and their officers, employees and agents against third-party claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable legal and defence costs to the extent caused by your breach of these Terms, unlawful or fraudulent acts, infringement of another person's rights, or your unlawful, infringing, misleading or negligent supply or publication of content, products, promotions or instructions. This includes an Agency's unlawful offering or unauthorized assets and a Creator's unlawful post or misleading endorsement. Regulatory amounts are covered only where reimbursement is lawful.

This obligation does not cover the portion caused by SEMA's own breach, negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct, or any liability that law prohibits shifting to you. We will notify you of a claim as soon as reasonably practicable, take reasonable steps to limit loss and allow reasonable cooperation in its defence. SEMA may control its defence with appropriately qualified advisers; costs claimed from you must be reasonable. Neither party may settle in a way that imposes an admission, non-monetary obligation or uncovered liability on the other without that party's consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld. Your liability is based on your contribution to the claim, not on unrelated conduct by other users.

14. Suspension, Removal and Enforcement

We may restrict access, remove content, pause or end campaigns, suspend or close accounts, request evidence, reject ineligible claims and place appropriate payment holds where reasonably necessary to address a suspected breach, fraud, rights complaint, security risk, legal requirement or payment-provider restriction. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice where notice would create risk or is legally prohibited.

Where lawful and practicable, we will give the reason and a way to ask support for review. A suspension does not automatically forfeit unrelated legitimate funds. We may reverse invalid credits and recover properly established losses or amounts owed, subject to applicable law, while valid balances and accrued payment obligations remain subject to lawful settlement. We may preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with competent authorities under Section 9. Termination does not end obligations for conduct before termination, including lawful repayment, indemnity, confidentiality and dispute-resolution obligations.

15. Changes and Service Interruptions

We may update these Terms and publish a new date. Material changes will be brought to your attention through the Platform or another appropriate notice, and any consent required by law will be obtained. When a new date is published, the Platform asks you to accept the updated version before you continue, and withdrawals need it under Sections 5 and 7. Changes apply prospectively from the notified effective date and do not rewrite completed transactions or remove accrued rights. If you do not agree, stop using the affected services; you may request closure and lawful settlement of valid balances. Continued use after proper notice signifies acceptance only where applicable law permits it.

We may modify or discontinue features and take services offline for maintenance, security or legal reasons. To the extent permitted by law, SEMA is not responsible for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, network failures, government restrictions or third-party outages, provided it takes reasonable steps to reduce the impact. Such an event does not erase valid money owed or a non-excludable duty.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

Subject to mandatory law, these Terms are governed by Singapore law and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore's courts. This choice does not override mandatory local law or a court or dispute-resolution forum you are legally entitled to use. Where Indonesian law requires an international electronic contract to be governed by Indonesian law, including under Article 18A of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law, that law and any mandatory dispute-resolution rules apply. Other applicable mandatory consumer and statutory protections also remain intact.

Please contact support@semarewards.com to try to resolve a dispute, providing the relevant account, campaign, transaction and evidence. This does not prevent urgent relief or access to a regulator, court or other forum where legally permitted. SEMA may seek urgent relief to protect systems, funds, confidential information or intellectual property in a competent court.

17. General Terms

If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, it applies only to the lawful extent or is severed where appropriate; the remaining Terms continue. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. These Terms, incorporated campaign conditions and any applicable agreement signed by SEMA constitute the agreement about the services they cover.

You may not transfer your account or obligations without our consent. SEMA may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a lawful restructuring or transfer of the business, without reducing mandatory user rights or valid payment obligations, and will give notice where required. Only SEMA and the persons expressly protected under Sections 12 and 13 may enforce those protections, subject to applicable law. An Agency, and the brand or advertiser whose product or service the campaign promotes, may also enforce directly, against the person responsible, Section 9 in respect of Confidential Material that the Agency or brand provided or that was provided for its campaign, and the Engagement Fraud provisions of Section 6 in respect of its campaign, including by claiming its own losses caused by the breach; this does not limit SEMA's own rights. Otherwise these Terms do not grant enforcement rights to third parties. SEMA and you may change or end these Terms under Section 15 without the consent of any Agency, brand or other third party.

English and Indonesian versions are provided. Any interpretation or language-precedence rule is subject to mandatory law; the availability of an English version does not displace legally required Indonesian wording or local protections.

18. Contact

Use this address for account questions, suspected unlawful campaigns, rights complaints and requests to review an enforcement decision. Include relevant links and evidence; do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
